AI integrations & agents/ 07

AI, where your work happens.

We integrate AI into websites, applications and internal workflows - with relevant information, clear boundaries and human oversight.

Under the surface
01 / 03

Connect the right sources.

We choose a specific task and approved documents or systems. Structure, freshness and permissions are reviewed. We define what the assistant needs to know and when there is insufficient information to answer.

What we do

For teams that need a better way to handle enquiries, documents or internal knowledge without adding another disconnected system.

  • An internal knowledge assistant
  • Document processing
  • Connected CRM and ERP workflows
  1. 01

    One specific task

We choose a workflow and useful outcome criteria. We check whether AI is needed or conventional automation is more reliable.

  2. 02

    Assistants and company knowledge

We connect the assistant to approved documents and sources, showing where answers come from and when review is needed.

  3. 03

    Agents and connected actions

We build connections to CRM, ERP, email and available interfaces. Important actions pass through an approval step.

  4. 04

    Validation before rollout

We test with sample and permitted data, including invalid requests, missing information and unavailable services.

What you receive

  • A working pilot for the agreed workflow
  • Integrations and access controls
  • Test cases and documented limitations
  • Documentation and a rollout plan

We agree on features, timing and scope before starting. Support and future releases are arranged for each project.

  1. 01

    Define the task and boundaries.

  2. 02

Build a pilot with measurable acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

Test with your team and roll out gradually.

The details that hold everything together.

01

Context and retrieval

Document selection, source updates and verifiable references.

02

Tools

Limited API permissions, approvals and input/output validation.

03

Evaluation

Example cases, invalid requests, cost and response time.

What should we start with?

Choose one recurring task and a few permitted examples of inputs and good outputs.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Do we need to replace our systems?

Not necessarily. We first review available APIs, permissions and limitations, then propose connections to your existing tools where possible.

Can AI act without review?

It depends on the risk. Sending messages, changing records and other significant actions can require explicit approval. We limit access and keep an action history.

Where does our data go?

Sources, providers, storage and permitted data are agreed before the pilot. Sensitive information is not included without agreed rules. Model usage costs are discussed separately.

Which repetitive task should we tackle first?
