How data is handled when you browse the website or send an enquiry.
Who is responsible
Rastezh is the name used to present our services. Contact: hello@rastezh.bg. The controller’s legal entity, registration number and registered address must be confirmed by the owner before this version is published.
What you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email and project description. You may select a service. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Form fields are not saved in browser storage.
Why data is used
We use enquiries to respond and discuss a potential project. Steps towards a contract at your request may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); the basis for other business correspondence needs to be determined for the relevant circumstances. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who receives the enquiry
On submission, data is sent to FormSubmit for delivery to hello@rastezh.bg and processed by the email provider. FormSubmit also receives technical data needed for the request. Contractual safeguards, processing locations and any transfers outside the EEA must be checked before public use.
Retention and security
Data should be retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, subsequent contract or applicable legal requirements. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures remain to be confirmed. Correspondence access should be limited to the people handling it.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it. Write to hello@rastezh.bg to make a request. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
Technical data
The new homepage, service, project and contact pages contain no analytics or advertising scripts. Vercel hosts the website; technical log contents and retention remain to be confirmed. Retained older articles use a different version, described in the cookie policy.
