Website terms and the basis for discussing a project.
Purpose
The website presents UI/UX design, website, application, online store and custom software services. Information is general and is not a binding individual offer. Supplier details remain to be confirmed.
Enquiries and contracts
Sending an enquiry does not automatically create a contract or require payment. Scope, pricing, timelines, milestones, acceptance and support are agreed in writing for each project.
Content and rights
Do not reuse website text, designs or images without an appropriate legal basis or permission. Client brands and project materials belong to their respective rights holders. Rights to commissioned work are governed by the individual contract.
Project examples
Demo projects and products in development are labelled. Sample screens do not guarantee commercial results, feature availability or delivery times for another project.
Acceptable use
Do not submit spam, someone else’s confidential data or malicious content. Do not attempt to compromise the website’s security or operation.
External links and disputes
External websites are operated separately. If a problem arises, contact hello@rastezh.bg first. Applicable law, liability and dispute procedures for services should be agreed in the contract without excluding mandatory legal rights.
