Case study

The task

Explain a new platform clearly, by showing the experience itself instead of just describing it.

Our work

The new version opens with a dark product composition and gold accents. We connected the community story with an optional demo and a clear path to requesting access.

The result

A live website with the platform story, an interactive demo and access requests. Visitors explore the product before taking the next step.

A website that lets you try first.

New platforms share a classic problem: people don’t know what they are yet, and a long description rarely helps. Read three paragraphs about a community and you still can’t picture it. So the brief for the KRUG website was easy to say and harder to do: show the experience, don’t just describe it.

The new version opens with a dark product composition and gold accents, so the very first screen already feels like the product. From there, the community story leads to an optional interactive demo for the curious and a clear path to requesting access for the convinced.

Nobody is forced through the demo and nobody gets lost after it. Visitors explore at their own pace, then take the next step when they’re ready. And when they are, the access request is right there, not three menus deep.

You get a demo! And you get a demo!

Selling something nobody has seen yet.

Let the product speak

A real glimpse of the experience beats any adjective you could write.

Make the demo optional

Curious people dive in, busy people skip ahead. Both should leave happy.

One clear door

When there’s one obvious next step, like requesting access, people actually take it.

Mood is part of the message

A dark composition with gold accents tells visitors what kind of product this is before they read a single word.

Adjectives describe. Demos convince.

Free review, no strings attached.
