After an enquiry
We reply within 2 working days with questions or a suggested conversation. Once the scope is clear enough, we prepare a written proposal. Sending the form does not create a contract, require an order or trigger payment. General service information is not a binding individual offer.
Agreeing the project
Scope, price, deadlines, stages, acceptance, handover and support are agreed in writing for the project. Changes and additional work are agreed separately. Advertising budgets and external subscriptions are addressed in the proposal, including who pays for and manages them.
Projects, results and examples
We describe actual work and the functions shown. Images and descriptions do not promise specific sales, traffic or timelines for another project. Famous campaigns mentioned on the site are other companies’ work, shown as examples; their brands belong to their owners.
Intellectual property
Client brands and project materials belong to their respective rights holders. Showing them here demonstrates our work and does not license third-party use. Rights in commissioned work, libraries and supplied content are governed by the individual contract.
Acceptable use
Do not send spam, malicious code or someone else’s confidential information without authority to provide it. Do not compromise the website’s security or operation. External websites and services are operated by their providers under their own terms.
Questions and applicable rules
Email zdravei@rastezh.bg with a question or problem. Bulgarian law and relevant EU law apply to this website. Responsibilities and dispute arrangements for commissioned services are governed by the contract. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights.
