When you send an enquiry
We ask for a short description of your idea or problem and an email or phone number where we can reply. Your name and the selected directions are optional. We use them to reply, clarify the task and prepare a proposal. We reply within 2 working days. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and legal basis
A quotation request for yourself relies on steps towards a contract at your request: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Correspondence with an organisation’s representative relies on our legitimate interest in responding and discussing the project: Article 6(1)(f). Analytics relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or email campaigns.
Delivery and recipients
The forms send your details through our server on Cloudflare, which emails them to rastezhdigital@gmail.com via Resend (resend.com). Resend also receives technical request data. Our email provider and the team members handling the enquiry process the correspondence. The website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which serves it through its own network of data centres. Animated pictures on the pages load from Giphy. Google processes analytics only after consent.
How long we retain information
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months after the last correspondence, then deleted. For a contract, necessary information is retained for its performance and applicable legal obligations; relevant records may be retained for legal claims in a dispute. Your analytics choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear the site data. GA4 event data retention is 2 months and user data retention is 14 months.
Technical data and analytics
When you open the website, our server receives the data needed to serve and protect the request, such as IP address, browser, page address and time. When a page shows an animated picture, Giphy receives similar technical data. After consent, GA4 measures visits and actions on the site. We do not send names, contact details or form text to analytics. Advertising features are disabled.
International processing
Cloudflare serves each request from the data centre closest to you, which may be outside the EU. Cloudflare, Resend, Giphy and Google may process information outside the European Economic Area and describe their safeguards in their own policies. If you prefer, email zdravei@rastezh.bg directly instead of using the form.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Email zdravei@rastezh.bg with a request. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you through automated profiling.
Updates
When processing changes, we update this page and its date. Privacy arrangements for commissioned software are agreed separately around the project.
